This season is a time to pause, reflect, and appreciate the relationships that make our work in coffee so meaningful. Every collaboration, conversation, and shared cup reminds us why this industry is built on people as much as on product.
To the producers who welcome us into their farms and share their knowledge, passion, and hard work, we extend our deepest thanks. Your dedication at origin is the foundation of every coffee we trade, and your commitment to quality and sustainability continues to inspire us. I have traveled to Morocco several times over the years, and each visit has felt completely different depending on the route, timing, and style of travel. Some of my best memories actually came from quieter moments outside the main tourist areas rather than the most famous attractions themselves.
